Unreal build flows to detect errors in build flows and not allow builds to succeed.
notes: There is an important story thats come out of my deep dive into Unreal 5.1 that probably needs to be written up. The unreal build tools that we call from our flows to do the actual work, sometimes print out an error, but return an "OK" status to the script so our flow keeps running even though the build actually failed. Its an unreal bug but it screws us over. I will need to detect that in all the unreal build flows. Thats why the 5.1 builds were sometimes showing up as having succeeded but did not actually produce a usable artifact.
