cloning, pulling and pushing is unrelieable due to "dropouts" - need to support HTTPS (versus SSH)

We have seen a few instances where customers find the initial fork or pull to be unreliable. This extends to daily workflow when syncs are long.

HTTP2 is known to be more reliable than SSH in Git.

Our clients need to support HTTP2.
