Switching Branch in a different client is not detected in the Desktop Client

If you have your pushBranch set in the Desktop and you switch your branch in GIT, the Desktop Client doesn't detect the change and users can continue to create a changelist on the branch that is set in the Desktop Client.

##Acceptance

  • Notify Users the branch is set to a different branch in git.
