Research and resolve 404s after a project rename. (change path)

In GitLab documentation, it mentions:

When a repository path changes, GitLab handles the transition from the
old location to the new one with a redirect.

When we rename a project in WVS, and try to make a change in the client, we get a 404 and require users reclone the project to get it to work again.
