When user moves a project to a different directory, error appears in CLI

When a project is moved to a different directory, an error appears if most CLI commands are issued:

Error: Last_root '/Users/Shared/wvsProjects/TheBlu' does not match current root '/Users/Shared/prod/TheBlu'.
