Setting a manual trigger with * character in it appeared to generate flow error.
- Using the CLI set a flow to be manual only
- Using the CLI set the manual trigger to be
"*word*" - Submit the changes
- Run the pipeline if the previous submit did not trigger it
- Observe error in flow/compiler and/or child pipeline
